Penske is looking to add a driven and collaborative team lead in the role of Manager - HR Planning and Analysis. This person will provide leadership for the sustainability and continued expansion of robust HR/Labor Relations analytics, key projects that support company goals, and invoice/merit processing within our Labor Relations System. This individual will manage the day-to-day operations and collaborate with key business partners to provide a roadmap for future work and manage projects to completion. Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of invoicing, merits, associate payments, and associate/union questions and requests. Curate a roadmap of system enhancements, support priority proposals, and identify/lead new projects in support of Labor Relations and other HR Initiatives Establish tracking and oversite related to requests, reports, questions, and information transfer Oversee ongoing system development in an Agile team format Identify and manage system or analytical projects that will improve operations, accuracy, compliance, or policy. Lead or practice data wrangling, data analysis, and data visualization projects that provide insights to leadership within and outside of Oracle HCM Manage multiple priorities based on request/project volume and ensure projects are completed timely and within budget Expand upon our analytical and system offering in the domains of labor cost modeling, ERISA/Pension analysis, document management/completeness, contributions, 401(k) and benefits eligibility, and efficacy/usage of programs. Ensure completeness and timeliness of analysis and information provided in support of Bargaining Preparation Project manage key special initiatives and bring updates and insights to leadership Other projects and tasks as assigned by Director or Vice President
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required 5 years of related work experience required 2 years leading teams or projects Experience working with KPIs, metrics, executive reporting, and costing Intermediate understanding of statistical analysis, data visualization, financial analysis, and data mining techniques Six Sigma experience/certification, preferred Experience with Qlik, preferred Experience with Oracle HCM, preferred Advanced data collection methods and techniques Presentation skills to multiple levels of the organization Coaching and supervisory skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects with differing deadlines and deliver on time and on budget Ability to lead and manage cross departmental teams Ability to organize findings and analysis and synthesize them into common themes or trends Agile project management experience, preferred Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
