This is an exciting role in the Penske organization, responsible for managing Diversity and Inclusion Business Imperatives. This position reports to the Director and has one direct report. The D&I-BIM will partner with D&I leaders in collaboration with operations and functional leaders to design programs, and initiatives that engage associates, attract and retain top talent, and move the business forward. In this role you will lead multilingual efforts throughout the business, understand the cultural aspects of the communities in which we do business and identify solutions as needed, enhance D&I in the recruiting process and brand, support supplier diversity, and identify guiding D&I metrics. You will lead a team that conducts research, supports the D&I communications strategy, and assists in the design, facilitation, and administration of business initiatives. You will coach, mentor, and performance manage the team to ensure timely, effective, and accurate work. You will lead and participate in cross-functional project teams that will focus on specific Diversity and Inclusion initiatives across the organization. This role is a key Human Resources leader and will work closely with HR Operations, Corporate HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Development, and Labor Relations. This work will also require strong partnerships with the Marketing, Legal, Corporate Function, Operations, and Sourcing teams to build enterprise-wide programs that align with our brand and support our D&I business imperatives. It is preferred that the successful candidate operates from our corporate offices in Reading, PA due to the nature of the work and relationships required for success; however, remote work will be considered for the right candidate with the requirement of travel to Reading, PA., and other parts of the country. Responsibilities:
Create, facilitate, and administer Diversity and Inclusion Business Initiatives that align with the organizational vision, including project plans, program design, and facilitation. Coach and support leaders as they build their diversity and inclusion awareness and skillsets, attracting and retaining top talent for the organization. Collaborate with Human Resources, Marketing, and functional leaders to build programs that support our business imperatives and meet associate, business, customer, and community needs. Lead, coach, and mentor a team to research, facilitate, and administer programs in support of business imperatives. Create and lead specific programs that include research practices, policy reviews and design, facilitation, administration, measurement, communications, and project management. Lead and participate as a member of cross-functional teams working on specific Diversity and Inclusion initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with the Diversity and Inclusion team to review and analyze workforce data and reports to develop plans, approaches and prioritization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 3 years of experience in talent development, human resources, D&I, project management, and/or business operations. 1 -year supervisory experience preferred. Experience in communication programs design and implementation preferred. Experience in leadership coaching and building influence preferred. Strong executive presence, advanced verbal and written communication skills, and positive influencing skills are necessary for successful performance in this role. Project management skills, organization skills, and strong time management skills are required. Ability to work well independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision and a strong sense of urgency. Knowledge of diversity trends, best practices, concepts, and program preferred. Some overnight travel up to 20%-30% may be required. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
