What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Creating and resolving Desktop issues For First Energy employees in Solution Caf /Store front office onsite, and Remote.
Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items o Receive user calls via phone or Walk-ups and offer support.
o Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications o Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference) o Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool.
What is the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Great Customer Service, Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365).
What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F) 7:
30am-4:
