This position will be around 40 hours a week within normal business hours, 8am-5pm.
The Deskside Support Agent is responsible for the day to day management and quality of incidents and activities that are required to be completed by the Deskside Support Team.
Operating within the Service management framework, the Deskside Services team is responsible for the day to day management of the user devices estate and working closely with Service Delivery to ensure services are delivered within the agreed SLA's.
