We are growing fast and looking to add a Scheduling Operations Manager to our team here @ Center for Urologic Care of Berks County.
This person oversees and leads the scheduling operations processes including supervising the care coordinator staff, including receptionist (Check-in), medical office scheduling (Check-out) the back-office care coordinators (telephone) and the surgical care coordinators that schedule procedures in our Ambulatory Surgical Center and at the local hospitals.
The primary goal will be to mentor, coach, train and support the care coordinator team to provide a highly coordinated schedule for each patient, ensuring that both our patients AND our people have a top notch experience throughout their journey @ CUC.
Success in this role looks like each of our providers being utilized to their maximum capacity, so a drive for results is key for any candidate! Center for Urologic Care of Berks County is committed to being the provider of choice AND employer of choice for our community.
We are growing rapidly and have roles available for a Monday-Friday, no weekends, no holiday, no on-call hour schedule.
