Summary:
This position fully supports Visions Federal Credit Union in that all employees are motivated to collaborate and innovate to provide growth, education, and teamwork.
The Contact Center Coordinator is responsible for the day to day managing, directing, supervision, and training of assigned Contact Center activities and operations.
Ensure all policy and procedures are adhered to while overseeing the credit union's full range of products and services being offered to current and prospective members promptly and professionally, through contact center delivery systems.
Perform all department functions as needed.
This position may require a candidate to be b-lingual in Spanish/English.
Education &
Experience:

This position would minimally require a high school diploma with a preference for an associate degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Five years credit union, banking, retail, or contact center experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years supervisor/leadership experience or equivalent training preferred.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Due to the nature of this role in dealing with staff and members on an on-going basis, the position requires (and is not limited to):

Bi-lingual in Spanish and English Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Efficient time management and organizational skills Flexibility (able to adapt to changing environment) Positively communicate with diverse membership population while providing excellent customer service Strong computer and math skills, adherence to confidentiality, detail-oriented Compensation Range:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
