Demonstrating safe work habits always, including the proper care and use of all tools, equipment, and observing all established health and safety regulations Perform building and grounds maintenance, repairs, preservation and renovation work as directed Complete preventive maintenance of systems such as HVAC, alarms, emergency lighting, etc Other duties as assigned Qualifications of the Building Maintenance Worker:
At least 1
years of maintenance experience with solid work history Ability to read and communicate in English Able to work with basic math as well as working in American measurements for weight volume and distance Attention to detail and ability to work independently Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly This is a long term, temporary assignment with a bus line accessible company in Reading.
