Education Requirements High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education Experience No Experience Certification and Licensure AHA BLS Instructor Crisis Intervention Course Required Skills Customer Service Skills Excellent Communications Skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
