Responsibilities:
The Manager of Patient Advocates serves as a liaison between patients, families, and Reading Hospital in order to obtain solutions to non-medical problems, complaints, and unmet needs for service and support.
The Manager of Patient Advocates must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate assistance and collaborates with the Director of Patient Advocates to assist with personnel matters and meet Departmental goals.
