7K - $44K a year Price Management Assistant The Price Management assistant is responsible for the strategic management of all pricing files for accuracy.
The individual will need to identify, report, and resolve all price conflicts with the Buying staff.
Additionally, responsible for creating and maintaining all advertised event numbers as requested by the Advertising department.
The individual should possess the ability to train individuals in using the Price Management program.
Summary of Duties:
PLU Trouble shoot and correct PLU Transmit Emergency PLU Add or delete user IDs from the Security File Train & instruct Co-Workers to use Price Management Conduct Price audit in the stores when instructed by the Director of Policies and Procedures Advertising Create AD Events when requested by the Director of Advertising Approve and check weekly Ad Event Groups submitted by the Buyers for accuracy.
Paginate all approved Event Groups.
Mainframe APCs Approve APCs when approved by President Executive Management.
Report all System Generated APCs to Manager.
Conflicting Prices Send notice of a conflicting prices to the Buying Offices.
Ensure all conflicts are resolved.
Send Re-ticketing Emails via Sessions Email.
Owned at Low Class Conversions Enter and Process OAL requests Requirements:
