Our Patient Coordinator team is critical, ensuring all our patients are set up for success to have a great visit and an even better day.
They are the first face our patients see when they walk through our doors (or hear when they call our office!) and the first impression means everything.
Our Patient Coordinators set the tone for each visit and they need to LOVE people.
They are responsible for administrative tasks, like ensuring patient records are up to date, scheduling appointments and next steps for patients as well as collecting co-pays and authorizations for ongoing healthcare services.
Our Patient Coordinators work as a team greeting our patients warmly, getting them where they need to be for their visit, sending them off with a compassionate farewell, and reaching out to them via phone to schedule their return visit, all while respecting each patient's time.
