Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources Manager and other Corporate Services departments within Entech.
Respond to unemployment claims and provide verifications of employment for employees.
Coordinate with department heads and HR Managers to create job postings and distribute openings through various channels.
Preliminary review of incoming resumes and applications, identifying top candidates.
Arrange interviews (in-person and via Zoom), and assist with full lifecycle recruiting.
Manage pre-employment requirements and documentation.
Prepare and manage offer letters, maintaining records of accepted offers.
Maintain and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain company career profiles on job boards such as Indeed and Glassdoor.
Complete I-9 and E-Verify processes for new hires.
Conduct employee surveys, analyze and summarize data.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and open enrollment.
Monitor employee recognition program activity and facilitate recognition awards.
Administer, monitor, and track new employee onboarding documents.
Schedule orientation meetings for new hires.
Organize attendance at college job fairs.
Coordinate with United Way for annual campaigns.
Manage email communication with the bank for new Health Savings Account (HSA) information.
Enter new hire and employee terminations in the COBRA system to generate required notices.
Occasionally place orders with vendors if needed.
Maintain ParkMobile employee records.
Communicate with vendors as needed for the Reading office.
Maintain a quarterly list of employee PE licenses.
Other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High school diploma required, Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
3-5
years of professional administrative experience 1
years of general HR experience preferred Experience in the consulting, architectural/engineering industries, or another professional services industry preferred Valid driver's license Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong customer service attitude with the ability to work collaboratively with the Human Resources Manager, company leadership, vendors, management, and all employees Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively Excellent written and oral communication skills Extremely detail-oriented Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Self-starter with the ability to work independently Advanced Microsoft Word skills and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Adobe Preferred proficiency with Zoom and Paycom Join Entech's dynamic HR team and contribute to our commitment to excellence in the AEC industry.

This position is offered as a hybrid position from our headquarters in Reading, PA.
The hired candidate will spend 2-3 days per week in the office and will be given the flexibility to work remotely during the remaining days if they would like.
