Responsibilities:
The Refund Analyst is responsible for analyzing any credit balances that appear on a work queue.
In addition, detailed analysis is done to determine whether the refund belongs to the patient or the insurance carrier.
The Refund Analyst will utilize multiple payer sites to verify correct payment received prior to issuing a refund.
Ability to analyze Credit Balances to determine appropriate actions, Research and problem solving skills.
Familiarity with governmental insurance plans preferred.
Ability to review and interpret EOBs and reason codes and the Ability to use and understand insurance carriers websites Monday- Friday , 7am-3:
30pm or 7:

Qualifications:
Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED Experience Relevant Experience Required Skills Excellent Communications Skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills General Clerical Skills Good Reasoning Skills Keyboarding Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Organizational Skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
