Registered Nurse RN - Med/Surg
Responsibilities:
$12,000 Incentive Bonus for FT Night RNs (with 1 year of acute experience).
Shift/Hours:
(3) 7P-7A; every 3rd weekend rotation.
Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.
Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

N2WHeart Failure & Cardiac Unit - This 31-bed unit specializes in Heart Failure, peri-interventional cardiology care, and medical telemetryThe energetic and dynamic nursing team provides high quality, patient centered care for those who do not require critical care nursing, but who have complex cardiovascular conditionsThese patients commonly have the diagnoses of CHF, ACS, AMI, dysrhythmia, or syncope in addition to other concomitant medical diagnoses.
R3SMedical Unit - We are a 36-bed medical unit serving adults with varying medical needs such as sepsis, cellulitis, gastrointestinal bleed, pneumonia, diabetic complications, urinary tract infection and other general medical needsR3S works as a collaborative team to care for our patients to provide the best possible outcomes while maintaining patient's preferenceThe unit care team on R3S, among others who care for the patients, is comprised of RN, patient care assistant, care manager, respiratory care, clinical nurse specialists and providersNurse Exploration Program available for new gradate nurses to find their career path!
