We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our McDonald's Franchise team.
We currently operate 21 restaurants in York PA, Reading PA, Philadelphia PA and Camden NJ.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews - Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation processes - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) - Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits - Assist with performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting - Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and developing career development plans - Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations - Administer leave programs, including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) - Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR initiatives - Assist with HR projects as assigned Requirements:
