Provide compassionate individual and group counseling to students.
Support families by facilitating parent support groups and family therapy.
Assess and evaluate students' mental health needs to tailor interventions.
Submit clinical documentation using our medical records system.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a holistic support system.
Contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives and foster a culture of well-being.
Be a pivotal part of a team that prioritizes the mental health of every student.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Clinical license in PA - LSW, LCSW, or LPC required Experience working in an educational setting is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students.
