Maintain the reception area orderly

Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
Maintain regular and prompt attendance
Obtain work packages from therapists and ensure all documents are included
Organize work packages documents by case
Give work package to Quality Assurance (QA) supervisor for first review
Conduct second review of work packages
Open new cases charts
Provide Vice-president (VP) with new referrals, to be reviewed
Send faxes and make phone calls, as requested, in a timely manner
Input statistical data, create reports, as requested
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelors/High School education

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
