POSITION: Production Supervisor
LOCATION: Wyomissing, PA (Reading Pennsylvania Area)
SALARY: 65-73K

Experience: 3-5 Years Manufacturing Experience
RELOCATION: Assistance Available
SHIFT: 3rd Shift - 8/9pm to 6am - Sunday night through Thursday night
SUMMARY
Responsible for individual and team development, quality performance, cost controls, and service to customers (internal and external).
This position is responsible for a team of individuals with varying levels of experience and education.
The Supervisor uses in-depth training in manufacturing, warehousing, and scheduling processes.
The Supervisor provides support and assistance to team members in solving problems and improving performance.
The Supervisor is expected to have broad influence on the organization, both across shift and function, in helping to manage the business and drive improved performance.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
